Virtual Academic Conference Presenter
Each year, Park faculty & staff come together virtually to explore best teaching practices. Following a keynote, select Park faculty give 10-minute presentations on teaching & learning concepts determined by the conference theme. Each presentation includes peer-reviewed research, reflective teaching experience, & a clear & meaningful visual component. All presenters demonstrate how an innovative & effective teaching concept can be applied across a variety of disciplines & modalities.
Criteria
Presenters will give a 10-minute presentation on best teaching and learning practices used in the classroom based upon the conference theme. Presentations will include a strong visual component, draw upon peer-reviewed research and classroom experience, and apply to multiple disciplines and modalities. Additionally, presenters will participate in a panel to respond to questions received during the Q&A.
