  • Teaching Contemporary Students Digital Badge

    Teaching Contemporary Students Certification

    Faculty who complete the Teaching Contemporary Students certification will better understand, engage, support, and advocate for contemporary students, apply promising practices into their teaching, and utilize resources designed to support contemporary students. This certification consists of four fully online, self-paced modules and a comprehensive Guidebook to apply learned content in their own course. All faculty are welcome and encouraged to explore these modules and to complete the certificate to improve their knowledge of contemporary students and inclusive teaching practices.

  • Criteria

    Complete the 4 Teaching Contemporary Students modules (listed below), and submit the completed Guidebook to TLC at innovate@park.edu

    • Module 1: Who Are Contemporary Learners?
    • Module 2: Promising Practices
    • Module 3: Inclusive Teaching in Your Practice
    • Module 4: Wayfinding and Discovering More
