New full-time faculty participate in Park University's two-day orientation, organized by Academic Affairs & the Faculty Center for Innovation. Faculty learn Park’s history & organizational structure, physical, emotional, & academic support systems, Park’s LMS, annual performance review, & various teaching techniques. Additionally, eight hour-long, monthly reconnects occur throughout the academic year to ensure that new faculty are supported, encouraged, & celebrated. a
